Dayton Wheel Conversion - reseller

I'd like to switch to a 22. 5 setup when it comes time to get tires.

No one has the adapters to mount the tire on a spin balancer.

Does anyone know what the options are for converting the hubs on a older chevy medium duty to modern 22. 5 wheels?
