Webi once needed some help with a technical thing, i was getting nowhere with their dedicated support system so i went to the support channel in the ubisoft discord.

Webi submitted a support request in december because i wasn't getting any of the free login rewards (caches, santa suit, etc).
I tried starting the game today and there was a 30gb update available. i installed that and lunched the game. all my save files are back and working!!
The ticket sat completely ignored until 4 days ago.
